- We provide a full range of building engineering consultancy services to assist Developers, Architects, Building Control, Local Authorities and Design Teams.
- We provide full designs including drawings and specifications for large or small projects and for each stage of work from concept brief through to completion.
- We provide the full range of duties required by the current Energy Performance of Buildings Directive including EPC's, DEC's and AC Inspection reports for simple and complex buildings.
- We undertake M&E Condition surveys, Dilapidation surveys, preparation of Asset Registers and Due Diligence surveys and reports.
- Our Engineering expertise covers Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, Automatic Controls, Public Health, Sustainability and Low carbon energy design.
- When required we communicate and agree details with Statutory Authorities (Electricity, Gas, Water, and Telecommunications) and with Local Authorities Environmental departments regarding Clean Air Act, Consents to Discharge etc.
- As accredited assessors we can prepare Part "L" calculations and submit to the Local Authority and or the appropriate building control body for approval.
- We offer services to Building Control bodies which include checking and advising on Part L 2010 regulations and giving advice on technical queries with respect to Part L submissions made by third parties.
